DSF is pleased to present an evening of readings from “the dark side” by two of the masters of the macabre – William Shakespeare and Edgar Allan Poe.
Just in time for Halloween, DSF actors will read from Shakespeare plays (including Hamlet, Macbeth, The Tempest, and Titus Andronicus) and Poe poetry (including The Raven, Annabel Lee, and The Conqueror Worm).
Ghosts, witches, untimely deaths, unhinged minds – all in the intimate setting of Rockwood Museum’s atmospheric, candelabra-lit drawing room. Don’t miss it!
Featuring DSF veterans Allyson Good (Macbeth), Michelle Stradley (Love’s Labour’s Lost), and Artistic Director David Stradley (Richard III), as well as Andrew Mitchell.
Location: Rockwood Museum (4651 Washington Street Extension, Wilmington, DE 19809)
Dates: Thursday, October 25 at 7:30pm and Sunday, November 11 at 5:00pm and 7:00pm
