Join us before the curtain rises on The Comedy of Errors on July 24 for wine and light refreshments, and raise a glass to the our friend William Shakespeare … all while supporting DSF’s many education programs, especially our college apprentice and high school intern programs during the summer festival.
Guests at the Wine Tasting will be allowed onto the grounds at 5:30pm to set up their blankets and chairs early (if they wish) before joining us in the Carriage House at Rockwood Park. There, we’ll have light refreshments and wine donated by Tom Ditzler, fine wine consultant for The Country Vintner/Delaware.
Actors from the play and David Stradley, producing artistic director of Delaware Shakespeare Festival, will stop by the party to mix, mingle, and chat with guests. The performance begins at 7pm.
Tickets for this special event are $50 and include admission to that night’s performance. CLICK HERE to purchase tickets.
(This event was originally scheduled to begin at 4:30pm for a 6pm performance. DSF has delayed the performance time on Sunday due to the heat warning in effect.)
