Delaware Shakespeare is a proud recipient of a Shakespeare in American Communities: Juvenile Justice grant. Presented by The National Endowment for the Arts, in partnership with Arts Midwest, Delaware Shakespeare is one of seven nonprofit organizations across the nation selected to present theatre education programs that engage youths in the juvenile justice system with the works of Shakespeare.
The program consists of six 10-session acting classes offered at area juvenile justice facilities.
