The Artistic Squad

The Artistic Squad aims to incorporate artists’ perspective into the year-round administrative and artistic thinking of Delaware Shakespeare. In the first years of the Artistic Squad, the artists will play a major part in implementing and revising Del Shakes’ Antiracism Policy and Action Plan. The Artistic Squad was created, in part, as an avenue to increase staff diversity.
The Squad is conceived as a rotating, two-term collective, bringing ever-evolving points of view to the organization and allowing more artists to contribute to the long-term growth of Del Shakes.
