In the interest of transparency and public learning, Del Shakes will periodically share videos, reflections, and news as it implements its Antiracism Policy. By taking action, learning from our actions, and then revising our actions, Del Shakes hopes to create a culture of antiracism that encompasses every facet of our organization. This blog will provide a public record of our process.
