Elliot (he/him) is a graduate of Rowan University where he studied Theatre Arts and Women’s and Gender Studies. When he’s not performing or stage managing, he works throughout the Philadelphia area as a teaching artist, artistic administrator, and youth services library assistant. Recent credits include: Draw the Circle (Hedgerow Theatre Co, Stage Manager), A Midsummer Night’s Dream (Hedgerow/Mauckingbird Theatre Cos.); Torch Song (1812 Productions); Peter and the Starcatcher (Ritz Theatre Co.). As a Queer, trans artist and educator, Elliot is passionate about exploring the intersectionality of performance, and seeks to build spaces where folx of all identities are welcome to watch, engage in, and create theatre for all. Isabel Lucio Penn (they/them, he/him) is an actor-singer-weirdo based in Philadelphia. A UArts Musical Theatre 2024 grad (RIP), they most recently understudied Feste in Twelfth Night (People’s Light) and played Mara in the world premiere of Acute Exposure (Lemonade Stand, Fringe Fest 2025). When not onstage, you can find him working at the Philly Zoo and talking about DnD with his friends. Satchel Williams (she/they) is a Brooklyn-born, Philadelphia-based actor, writer, and producer who’s thrilled to work with DelShakes once again! Since graduating from Temple University, she’s had the good fortune to collaborate with many theaters and artists throughout Greater Philadelphia, and just last year appeared Off-Broadway in “Granny Jackson’s Dead,” produced by Big Telly, Inis Nua Theater Company, and Tiny Dynamite. When not on stage, you can catch them managing a landscape architecture studio/gallery, talking about astrology or Love Island, and procrastinating on video essay-scripts.
Andrew Watring (Andrew) is a Black, Trans theatre director, award-winning playwright, producer, and community advocate from sweet home Huntsville, Alabama. Andrew is the Associate Artistic Director at People’s Light. Andrew’s career has been dedicated to the creation and continued cultivation of “Shakespeare is a White Supremacist,” a theatrical ritual grounded in analyzing and working to reverse Shakespeare’s colonizing effect on the American theatre; most recently staged with Main Street Players (Miami-Dade, FL). Andrew’s most recent directing credits include: Twelfth Night adapted by Andrew Watring at People’s Light, Draw The Circle by Mashuq Mushtaq at Hedgerow Theatre, Twelfth Night O Lo Que Quieras by Tanaquil Márquez and Liz Filios at Delaware Shakespeare.
